Description :
A 5,000 sq. ft. resident's clubhouse in the resort
island of Discovery Bay, Lantao, HK that includes a coffee shop, fine dining,
function rooms, game rooms, pro-shop, multi-function terrace, two swimming
pools, and two squash and two pelota courts. Executed in a Spartan fashion
the client's brief required a design that could be upgraded in two years
time so budget was initially constrained for this phase of development.
